I’ve noticed that there are 5 different inventories that need to be established for the Bronze criteria:

  • Used office hardware
  • Unused office hardware
  • Data Resources
  • HPC Compute Infrastructure
  • Computing Pipelines

Are there any other useful fields that we could capture on the template?

  • Purchase date. This can then be used when considering lifetimes and embodied emissions.
  • Separating name and product model. E.g. our computers have an ID assigned by the organisation (something like PC0001, LT0001) which would be good to capture in the name field.
